Taylor Swift was a bridesmaid at Lena Dunham’s wedding, Luis Felber

Stand by his side! Taylor Swift served as one of the Lena Dunhambridesmaids when she got married Luis Felber earlier this month.

“Regarding the wedding, if we include the siblings, we were nine”, the Girls designer, 35, said Vogue after saying “Yes” on September 25th. “You can have a much bigger wedding with fewer bridesmaids, but I guess that shows my excitement to have my close friends there. “

The ‘Lover’ singer, 31, served as bridesmaid alongside Dunham’s close friends Myha’la Herrold, Tommy Dorfman, Rosa Mercuriadis, Ali Trustman, Alissa bennett, and his cousin Jenna Hally Rubenstein and sister-in-law Alma-Kori Felber, during the London ceremony. The group wore silver dresses with jewelry accents.

“I spent so much time during the pandemic talking to my girlfriends about our feelings on FaceTime, but some of my best friends that I haven’t seen in over a year,” the filmmaker, who confirmed in March that she was dating Felber (who performs as Attawalpa), the outlet said. “And, you know, my girlfriends had to deal with a lot of not-so-happy things with me as adults, so being able to celebrate something happy and use it as an excuse to be together was very special.”

The singer “Exile” met the Generation producer via Twitter in 2013. Women’s friendship has grown steadily ever since, with Swift attending a Saturday Night Live after party in 2014 celebrating the first time Dunham hosted.

The musician is also close to Dunham’s ex-boyfriend Jack Antonoff whose Camping writer dated 2012 to 2017.

Swift and Antonoff, 37, are longtime producer partners. They co-wrote and co-produced three songs about the “Out of the Woods” singer 1989 album before working on Reputation, Lover, Folklore and Always.

Dunham has continued to support Swift in all of its music ventures over the years, including the July 2020 release of Folklore.

“I am still in awe of my beloved @ taylorswift13,” the New York native tweeted at the time. “So sacred to me as an artist and friend, but she’s really gone and F-KING DID HER THIS TIME. Guess I don’t need a Lexapro prescription anymore? I love you Tay and I love this divine healing work of art, so necessary and so alive.
